In this issue of "Nice to meet you, I'm Brift H." I would like to introduce what kind of store Brift H is and what we do in the shoeshine business.

Brift H was founded in June 2008 on Kotto-dori in Aoyama, and is now in its 17th year. After less than four years of shoe-shine on the street, we decided to open the world's first countertop shoe-shine shop in order to "Revolutionize the Japanese footwear! After less than 4 years of street shoeshine, we opened the world's first counter-style shoeshine store to realize our goal of "Revolutionizing the footwear of Japan!

As of October, 2024, the company has opened its first counter-style shoeshine shop in Birmingham.

As of October 2024, Brift H has 5 stores in Japan and 1 overseas.

Each shop has its own unique craftsmen working and polishing their skills. Each store has its own unique system and pricing. Recently, we have been working hard on new businesses other than shoeshine, such as a bag care store in Otsuka and a repair shop in Oiso.

Products

Brift H produces many original shoeshine products including shoeshine tools." As the name "MADE BY SHOESHINEMAN" suggests, we aim for the highest quality in our category and make tools that are easy to use, created from the perspective of a shoe-shine craftsman.

We sell our products not only through our company, but also through shoeshine stores and retailers nationwide, and only through trusted stores that understand and know Brift H's products.

We also collaborate with many craftsmen, designers, and brands on apparel and other products. Although we are a shoeshine shop, we consider ourselves to be in the business of "fashion", so we also create many of these collaborative products.

We also sell certified used shoes as "Brift H GUARANTEED SHOES" in our online store. Each item is inspected and repaired as necessary before being sold. We also offer aftercare tickets with a six-month validity period to all purchasers.

Services

There are four ways for customers who wish to have their shoes shined or repaired.

1, In-store service
No appointment is required for drop-off, etc. at the store. If you would like to have your shoes polished on the same day at the counter, we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation. Even if you do not make a request, you can come to the store for consultation, etc., so please feel free to visit the store.

2、On-line (home delivery) service
We offer online shoe polishing, shoe repair, and bag care services at this official Brift H online shopping site. This is a convenient service that allows you to receive Brift H services from the comfort of your own home.

3, Services at affiliated stores
Currently, two stores, United Arrows Roppongi and Marunouchi, are always available to accept Brift H services. Since a craftsman is only in the store once every two weeks, we are able to offer the service at that time, but we always accept deposits. Please check with each store for monthly dates.

4、On-trip service
For customers or companies with a large number of requests, our craftsmen will visit you to polish your shoes. Please contact the nearest store for details on scheduling and the number of requests.

Technology

Since our establishment in 2004, we have been involved in the maintenance of many shoes and leather products for 20 years, and we are able to perform maintenance on most leather products in addition to shoeshine. For special repairs that cannot be done by our own craftsmen, we ask our affiliated craftsmen to do the work for us.

Other activities

With the motto "Revolutionize the world's feet!" Our motto is "Revolutionize the world's feet!
For example, we teach shoeshine to people with disabilities as part of their employment support. We hold shoe shine seminars in various places. Our representative is the founder of a Japanese shoeshine competition to expand the scope of shoeshine. We are promoting the excellence of shoeshine through various activities.

We are involved in a wide range of activities, and our customers often think that our activities are a little complicated, so we would like to introduce ourselves again.
