A bag that is always beautiful and can be used forever
Leveraging our experience, we opened a bag care and maintenance specialty store called "THE BAG by Brift H" in July 2024. We revive your precious bags, leather accessories, and leather products with the sensibility to utilize the original charm of leather that we have cultivated through shoe polishing and new techniques.
Since opening in 2008, we have performed care on over 2,000 bags, wallets, and leather products. Because the quality of leather and finishing methods for bags and other leather products are different from those for leather shoes, we have improved our skills through trial and error.
Once you pay on the online store, a box of the size you requested will be delivered to you. All you have to do is fill out the enclosed order form with your request and send the requested item back using the enclosed return shipping slip. Based on your request, each item will be carefully cared for by a craftsman and delivered to your home.

[Order process]
1. After selecting the size, you will be able to place an order. We will send the appropriate packing materials to your shipping address within 7 business days.
2. Place the requested items in the packaging materials that arrive and fill out the order sheet. A cash-on-delivery slip is also included, so please return it after arranging for collection.
3. Once the bag arrives at THE BAG by Brift H (Otsuka, Tokyo), we will contact you via email or LINE to provide you with a quote and delivery date.
4. Once payment is completed on the dedicated payment page, treatment will begin. Treatment will be completed and delivered within the delivery time frame specified.

Notes
・Please pack the requested items carefully to avoid damage. Please refrain from including the outer box or bag that came with the purchase in the package as they may be damaged during delivery. Please take a photo of the bag yourself before sending it so that you do not forget the requested items.
-The order amount, including packaging materials and shipping costs, varies depending on the size.
-We recommend ordering packaging material that is large enough to fit the bag.
・"Online Bag Care Service" is a delivery-only service. It cannot be picked up at any Brift H store.
・The "Online Bag Care Service" is valid for 3 months from the date of order. Please mail your shoes within this period. We will not be able to accept your order if the period has passed. Thank you for your understanding.
・We cannot accept cancellations or refunds after the packing materials have arrived. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you are unable to receive the finished product within six months of it being shipped, for example because you refuse to accept it after it has been completed, we may dispose of the item without notice.
・The service is only available in Japan.

We clean the interior, remove all dirt, color the entire surface including the corners, replenish nutrients, and coat the leather surface. We restore the leather to a condition that looks like new, and maintain the beauty and value of the leather product for a long time.
