A bag that is always beautiful and can be used forever
Leveraging our experience to date, we opened a bag care and maintenance specialty store called "THE BAG by Brift H" in July 2024. Using our sensibility for utilizing the inherent charm of leather, cultivated through shoe polishing, and new techniques, we revive your precious bags, leather accessories, and leather products.
Since opening in 2008, we have performed care on over 2,000 bags, wallets, and leather products. Because the quality of leather and finishing methods for bags and other leather products are different from those for leather shoes, we have improved our skills through trial and error.
Once you pay online, a box tailored to your desired size will be delivered to you. All you have to do is fill out the enclosed order form with your request and return the item using the included return shipping slip. Based on your request, each item will be carefully cared for by our artisans and delivered to your home.
If you send us photos in advance via our official LINE, we can provide you with an estimate in advance, so please feel free to contact us before making a payment. Our official LINE is here .
[Order process]
1. After selecting your size and placing your order, we will ship the appropriate packaging materials to your shipping address within 7 business days.
2. Place the requested items in the packaging provided and fill out the order sheet. A cash-on-delivery slip will be included, so please return it after arranging for collection.
3. Once the product arrives at Brift H AOYAMA, we will contact you via email or LINE to provide you with a quote and delivery date.
4. Once payment is completed on the dedicated payment page, the treatment will begin. The treatment will be completed and delivered within the specified delivery time.

Precautions
・Please pack your requested items carefully to avoid damage, and please refrain from including the original box or bag that came with the item in the package as they may be damaged during delivery. Please take a photo of the bag yourself before sending it so that you do not forget the requested items.
-The order amount, including packaging materials and shipping costs, varies depending on the size.
-We recommend ordering packaging that is large enough to fit your bag.
・The "Online Bag Care Service" is a delivery-only service. It cannot be picked up at Brift H stores.
・The "Online Bag Care Service" is valid for three months from the date of order. Please mail your shoes within this period. We will not be able to accept your order if the period has passed. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted once the packaging materials have arrived.
- If you are unable to receive the finished product within 6 months of shipping, such as by refusing to accept it after it has been completed, we may dispose of the item without notice.
・The service area is limited to Japan.
