We offer beautiful repairs.

Our "Online Shoe Polishing Service" has been used by many customers since its launch. Among them, we received many requests for repair-only services, without the need to visit our store or request shoe polishing. Therefore, we have decided to launch the "Online Shoe Repair Service," which allows you to complete everything from ordering to receiving your repaired shoes from the comfort of your home.

When you complete your payment on our online store, a special shoe box will be delivered to you. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed order form with your requests and send your shoes back using the enclosed shipping label. Your precious shoes will be carefully repaired by our artisans, one by one, according to your requests, and then delivered back to your home.

[Order Flow]

1. Select the number of pairs and place your order. Packaging materials corresponding to the number of pairs will be shipped to your delivery address, usually within 7 business days.

2. Place your shoes in the received packaging materials and fill out the order form. A shipping label is included, so please arrange for pickup and return the shoes.

3. After your shoes arrive at Brift H Lab Oiso, we will contact you with an estimate.

4. Once payment is completed on the dedicated payment page, repairs will begin. We will complete the repairs within the estimated delivery time and ship your shoes.

※Please note that Brift H Aoyama operates independently. For consultations or inquiries about repairs not listed in the menu, please contact Brift H customer support (ec-support@brift-h.com).

Notes

・Please pack your shoes carefully to prevent damage. We kindly ask that you do not include the original shoe box, dust bag, or shoe trees, as they may be damaged during transit. Please take photos of your shoes before sending them so you do not forget their condition.
・The order amount, including packaging materials and shipping fees, varies depending on the number of pairs.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is a delivery-only service. Pick-up at Brift H stores is not available.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is valid for 3 months from the order date. Please send your shoes within this period. We cannot accept shoes after the expiration date. Thank you for your understanding.
・Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after the packaging materials have been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
・If we are unable to deliver the repaired items for 6 months, for reasons such as refusal of receipt, we reserve the right to dispose of the items without prior notice.
・The service is only available within Japan.
