Beautiful Repairs

Since we launched our "Online Shoe Shine Service," we have received many requests for shoe repairs, as well as for repair-only services without having to visit our store. We are now pleased to introduce this "Online Shoe Repair Service," allowing you to complete the entire process from ordering to receiving your shoes at home.

Once you pay the basic service fee in our online store, a dedicated shoe box will be delivered to you. All you need to do is fill out the enclosed order sheet with your requests and return your shoes using the enclosed prepaid return label. After your items arrive, we will send you an estimate. Once you approve it, our craftsmen will carefully repair each pair one by one and deliver them back to your home.

[Order Process]

1. Select the number of pairs and place your order. We will ship the packaging materials to your delivery address within approximately 7 business days, depending on the number of pairs.

2. Place your shoes in the packaging materials, fill out the order sheet, and return them using the enclosed prepaid return label after arranging for pickup.

3. Once your items arrive at Brift H Lab Oiso, we will contact you with an estimate.

4. Repairs will begin once payment is completed through the dedicated payment page. We will complete the repairs and deliver them within the estimated timeframe.

※As Brift H Aoyama is operated by a different entity, please contact Brift H Customer Support (ec-support@brift-h.com) for inquiries or repair requests not listed in the menu.

Important Notes

・Please pack your shoes carefully to prevent damage. To avoid potential damage during shipping, please do not include the original shoe box, bag, shoe trees, or other accessories. Please take photos of your shoes yourself before sending them, and make sure you do not forget them when shipping.・The order total, including packaging materials and shipping, varies depending on the number of pairs.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is for delivery only. Items cannot be picked up at any Brift H store.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is valid for 3 months from the order date. Please mail your shoes within this period. We cannot accept items sent after the expiration date. Thank you for your understanding.
・Cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the packaging materials have arrived. Thank you for your understanding.
・If you refuse to accept the completed items or if the items cannot be received within 6 months after they are shipped, we may dispose of the items without prior notice.
・The service area is limited to Japan.
