We provide beautiful repairs
Our "Online Shoe Shine Service" has been used by many customers since it was launched. However, we have also received many requests from customers who wish to receive repair requests or repair services without visiting our store, so we have decided to launch this "Online Shoe Repair Service" that allows you to complete the entire process from ordering to receiving your shoes from the comfort of your own home.
Once you pay through the online store, you will receive a special shoe box. All you have to do is fill out the enclosed order form with your request and return your shoes using the included return shipping slip. Your precious shoes will be carefully repaired by hand, one by one, based on your request, and delivered to your home.
[Order process]
1. Select the number of pairs you want and place your order. We will ship the appropriate packaging materials to your shipping address within 7 business days.
2. Place your shoes in the packaging provided and fill out the order form. A cash-on-delivery slip will be included, so please return it after arranging for collection.
3. Once your item arrives at Brift H Lab Oiso, we will contact you with a quote.
4. After completing the payment on the dedicated payment page, the repair will begin. The repair will be completed within the specified delivery time and the product will be delivered.
*As this store is operated separately from Brift H Aoyama, please contact Brift H customer support ( ec-support@brift-h.com ) for any inquiries or questions about repairs not listed on the menu.
Precautions
・Please pack your shoes carefully to avoid damage, and please refrain from including the original box, bag, shoe tree, etc. that came with the purchase, as they may be damaged during delivery. Please take a photo of your shoes yourself before sending them, so that you do not forget the shoes you sent.
- The order amount, including packaging materials and shipping costs, will vary depending on the number of items.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is a delivery-only service. Pick-up is not available at Brift H stores.
・The "Online Shoe Repair Service" is valid for three months from the date of order. Please mail your shoes within this period. We will not be able to accept your request if the period has passed. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted once the packaging materials have arrived.
- If you are unable to receive the finished product within 6 months of shipping, such as by refusing to accept it after it has been completed, we may dispose of the item without notice.
・The service area is limited to Japan.
