If we find any facts or actions that go beyond the scope of socially accepted standards regarding our customers, employees, or our company, we may refuse to provide or suspend our services, including any ongoing transactions.
Furthermore, if the facts or actions are malicious, we will contact lawyers, the police, the perpetrator, etc. as necessary, and take appropriate action, including legal action and criminal proceedings. Examples of facts or actions that we consider to be beyond the scope of socially acceptable standards include the following (including similar cases, but not limited to these):

  • Violence, abusive language, threats, intimidation or coercive behavior
  • Demands for an apology from the company or its employees, demands for monetary or other compensation, or demands for punishment of the company's employees, etc., for content or in a manner that is not based on reasonable grounds.
  • Violation of the rights and interests of employees through remarks that deny or insult the employee's character, or through invasion of privacy, etc.
  • Scolding for long periods of time (including telephone calls), staying at a desk, making repeated one-sided assertions or criticisms, or other actions that disrupt work
  • Posting on social media or the internet that damages the reputation of our company or employees
  • Any statements or actions that are unreasonable regarding our sales methods or various services without a valid reason
  • Any act that causes significant inconvenience to other customers
