(hereinafter referred to as "our company") and the member benefits (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") related to the services provided at our stores.

Article 2 Scope

Article 4 Issuance of Membership Cards

  • 1. The Company will issue one membership card per member.
  • 2. Members shall store and use the issued membership card with the care of a good manager.
  • 3. Membership cards may only be used by the member who has completed membership registration, and may not be transferred or loaned to others.
  • 4. Members can use their membership cards for this service.
  • 5. When a Member purchases a product, etc. at a store, the Member shall present the Membership Card at the cash register. The Member hereby acknowledges in advance that, in principle, if the Member purchases a product, etc. without presenting the Membership Card, the Member will not be eligible for the benefits set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 5 Membership Benefits

  • 1. By registering as a member, members will be able to receive various information services such as email notifications. However, "Important Notices to Customers" may be sent by our company regardless of whether or not the member requests it.
  • 2. Members will be granted the following benefits based on the amount of purchases of products, etc. This purchase amount also includes payments made using accumulated points.
  • (1) Point service
  • (a) Members will receive 1 point for every 100 yen spent on our products, but this does not apply to purchases made at events or other external sales events. The "purchase amount" does not include consumption tax, etc.
  • (b) Points can be accumulated, and accumulated points can be used from the next purchase of a product, etc., with 1 point being worth 1 yen. In this case, points will be awarded as specified in item a.
  • (c) All points will expire one year after they are awarded.

Article 6 Disclaimer

  • 1. Even if the Service is temporarily suspended, discontinued or changed in the following cases, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disadvantage suffered directly or indirectly by the Member.
    • (1) In the event of a natural disaster such as a fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, or heavy snow.
    • (2) In the event of war, civil unrest, terrorism, riots, or other social unrest.
    • (3) If you are unable to receive proper service from the telephone company, transportation company or provider with which we have a contract.
    • (4) When a technical issue arises that our company is unable to address.
    • (5) In addition to the above, if the Company determines that it is unavoidable to suspend or terminate the system.
  • 2. By processing business in accordance with the member's registration details, our company will fulfill its obligations and be exempted from liability.
  • 3. If a member causes any damage to another member or a third party through the use of this service, the member shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss, disadvantage, etc. to the Company.
  • 4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages (including mental distress or any other disadvantages, including monetary losses) arising from the use of the Service (including the provision of information by the Company in connection therewith). However, this does not apply if the occurrence of such damages is found to be attributable to the Company.
  • 5. We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by a member as a result of any fraudulent activity, such as unauthorized access to data related to the Service or the introduction of a computer virus, despite the Company having taken reasonable safety measures.
  • 6. Even if the Company is liable, the Company's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 7 Maintenance of the Service

  • In order to maintain the good operating condition of the Service, the Company may temporarily suspend or discontinue the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Members in any of the following cases:
  • (1) In the case of regular or emergency maintenance of the computer system used to provide the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "System").
  • (2) When system operation becomes difficult due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, or heavy snow.
  • (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to social unrest such as war, civil unrest, terrorism, riots, or disturbances.
  • (4) When system operation becomes difficult due to system malfunction, unauthorized access by a third party, or computer virus infection, etc.
  • (5) When requested by an administrative or judicial body
  • (6) Any other case where the Company determines that it is necessary to suspend or terminate the system.

Article 8 Other

  • 1. A Member may not transfer or pledge to a third party his/her status as a Member with respect to the Service or any rights and obligations arising from such status, unless the Company has given prior written consent.
  • 2. Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by law, regulation, notice, etc., the remaining provisions and parts of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect.
  • 3. If any problem arises in relation to the use of the Service that cannot be resolved by these Terms and Conditions or the guidance or response of the Company, the Company and the Member shall mutually negotiate in good faith to resolve the problem.
  • 4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
  • 5. In the event that litigation becomes necessary regarding the use of the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
