This is a pair of loafers by Edward Green, the mainstay of English luxury men's shoes. This loafer has been modified in various ways, so please read the product description carefully. The tongue pad is made of suede leather, about 3mm thick, to lower the instep. This repair was done to solve the problem of the previous owner's loafers being too loose and falling off. This is a common problem with loafers.
The loafers are originally UK5 1/2, but you can think of them as UK5 or so. The unlined leather is soft and easy to wear, but it is easy to stretch and become loose, so we sometimes do this kind of repair. If possible, we recommend that you try on the shoes before purchasing. In that case, please ask us at our Aoyama store.
Notes
Since we have made a tan pad and insoles for fitting adjustment, what was originally a 5 1/2 has become tighter. This is the most important point to note. Also, there is a stain on the right foot at the edge. Other than that, the leather texture and sole wear are in very good condition.
