That commitment eventually quietly transcended the boundaries of leather shoes. Senegal, in the heart of Africa. A Tuareg silverwork workshop where pieces are still crafted entirely by hand. And cote, a jewelry brand that has continued to captivate people from the forefront of this craft. It was an encounter that perfectly reflected the "hand to hand" and "stories of connection between people" that Brift H holds dear. Now, that collaboration bears fruit once again.
The collaboration of two who have met again, their second encounter—jëëk.
It is a coined word inspired by the Wolof language, the most widely spoken language in Senegal. Depending on the context, it takes on several meanings.

The chain features a substantial cable structure composed of thick, chunky round links. Each individual link is delicately engraved with patterns developed in the Tuareg workshop. The contrast between the polished, sparkling sterling silver surfaces and the darkened grooves of the engravings creates a striking interplay of light and shadow that captivates the eye.
The flowing umlaut in the Brift H logo and the diamond-shaped icon symbolizing radiance have also been carefully woven into the design. Unassuming yet possessing a distinct presence, this is a piece crafted to be substantial.
The clasp features hook-shaped scroll engravings reminiscent of plants and feathers. From the moment it reaches your hands, the unique character of each piece, individually crafted by artisans, is immediately apparent. All the engravings on this piece are one of a kind. No identical pattern exists anywhere else in the world.
Mr. Kobayashi, representative of cote. Mr. Mohammed, an artisan who wields a hammer in the Tuareg workshop. After numerous prototypes and earnest dialogue, jëëk was quietly brought to life by their hands.
