District, a UNITED ARROWS brand that sometimes focuses on cutting-edge selections, has a pair of ALDEN shoes that they made to order. Judging from the product number, they were probably made in 2008, but the thickness of the cordovan and the beauty of the surface are outstanding. This simple plain toe with 6 eyelets and modified last is a staple item that is sure to be a hit. The sole is made of half rubber, and the heel has been replaced with a thick rubber heel. The sole has not been re-soled yet. The midsole has sunk quite a bit, so I don't think it will sink any further. The logo on the insole has faded a little, but it is in good condition. These shoes will last a long time, so please wear them a lot.
