Brift H is now offering rings and bangles born from the mutual respect between artisans across borders. Please take a look at the crystallization of the passion and skill that has gone into each piece.
We asked the Senegalese shop "cote" to share and conceive the concept of Brift H with local Tuareg artisan Mohammed, who then created the rings and bangles.
Brift H delivers original, crystallized products for those who are particular about not only stylish footwear but also sparkling accessories.
The theme is "craftsman"
In terms of "raising the status of craftsmen," the finished product symbolizes the current state that the Touareg Silver craftsmen and us shoe shiners have built up together over time. The delicate carvings of the Touareg shine through in the rugged, rough-hewn shape.
The black soot that is a characteristic of the Touareg Silver is linked to shoe polish, and is incorporated into the design by intentionally scratching the surface to allow the soot to penetrate. *There is also a design without soot.
Each piece is hand-engraved by Mohammed, with engraving only on the sides, making each piece truly unique. Just as each pair of leather shoes is unique, each piece can be made special and one-of-a-kind with proper care and polishing.
The concept is "three lines"
A flat perspective that connects the customer's perspective, the craftsman's perspective, and the craftsman and the customer.
Both shoe shiners and Touareg craftsmen are built on the hard work and history of their predecessors.
Value is created when we, the craftsmen, provide our skills to our customers.
Not a single line should be missing.
Remember to respect each other and treat each other as people on an equal footing.
With this thought in mind, this accessory was created by a Touareg craftsman from a foreign country, representing the "Japanese shoe shine craftsman."
